GP001 Ramie Fiber Impregnated with PTFE Braided Packing  

Made from ramie fiber impregnated with PTFE dispersion and special lubricant, used in marine, pulp and paper mill applications such as stern tubes, rubber posts,  jordan and stock pump.

GP002 Carbon  Fiber Braided with Graphite Packing each carbon fiber is treated with graphite particles then diagonally braided to form packing. Compared to most other packing, GP002 is enough to handle most high temperature applications. It features a low coefficient of friction thus reducing drag on shafts

and reduces shaft wear. It is premium service packing for steam water, petroleum, oils, acids and many other solutions.

GP003 – Expanded PTFE Braided Packing Impregnated with PTFE Dispersion

Application :Braided with GP003 is applicable for seal packing of valves, vessels and pumps of corrosive medium in chemical, medicine, food, petrochemical and power.

GP003L – Expanded PTFE Braided Packing Impregnated with PTFE and Lubricant

Application : Braided with GP003L and treated with high temperature-resistant lubricants, minimal shaft wear due to excellent self-lubrication, applicable for dynamic seal at high linear speed

GP004 – Graphite/PTFE Blended Yarn Braided Packing with Lubricant

Recommended for shafts for almost all chemicals. It can be used to seal alkalis, solvents, water, steam, acids except strong oxidizing acids (aqua regia, fuming nitric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, etc.) for centrifugal pumps, autoclaves, agitators, mixers, etc.

GP005 : Pure Graphite

GP005 is braided from Expanded Graphite yarn with an exceptionally high carbon content. Long lasting packing with a low coefficient of friction, excellent heat transfer properties, as well as exceptional chemical resistance. GP005 provides a superior leakage and emissions control of die-formed graphite rings.

GP010 – Special high performance packing of aramid yarn corners and Graphite/PTFE Blended yarn Braided Packing with Lubricant.

Recommended for  Ammonia and carbonate solution plunger pumps,

liquor pumps in paper mills like black and white liquor,

sewage water, hot water, industrial water, oils, greases,

solids, sand, weak acids and alkali solutions etc.
